Are you a practising solicitor?

I am a UK-qualified solicitor with legal experience in England and Wales. However, I do not currently practise through a regulated law firm and I do not undertake reserved legal activities.

I provide independent legal drafting and structured written guidance services.

Do you provide legal advice?

The services provided focus on legal drafting, document preparation, procedural guidance, and legal information.

If a matter requires regulated legal advice, formal representation, or specialist assistance, I will say so openly.

Do you represent clients in court?

No.

I do not attend court on behalf of clients, exercise rights of audience, or provide formal legal representation.

Clients remain responsible for their own proceedings and documents unless otherwise agreed.

Do you conduct litigation?

No.

I do not conduct litigation or act on the court record.

My services are limited to independent drafting and structured written guidance.

Can you communicate with the other side on my behalf?

Generally, documents are prepared for clients to review, approve, and send in their own name.

The precise scope of any work will always be discussed and agreed before instruction.

Yes.

I regularly assist clients with ET1 drafting support, witness statements, grievances, disciplinary responses, chronologies, schedules of loss, and tribunal-related documentation.

Do you help with Letters Before Action?

I assist with professionally drafted Letters Before Action for consumer disputes, business disputes, contractual disagreements, unpaid invoices, property matters, and other legal issues.

Do you help with Witness Statements?

Fees & Process

How much do you charge?

Fees vary depending on the complexity, urgency, and scope of the matter.

Where possible, work is undertaken on a fixed-fee basis so that clients know the cost in advance.

Do you offer fixed fees?

Yes.

Most matters are undertaken on a fixed-fee basis.

If a matter is unsuitable for a fixed fee, this will be discussed before any work begins.

Do you offer free consultations?

No.

I do not offer free legal consultations.

However, I am happy to review a brief summary of your matter in order to determine whether I can assist and provide a fixed-fee quotation where appropriate.

How quickly do you respond?

Most enquiries receive a response within 24 hours, although response times may vary depending on workload and the complexity of the matter.

How do I instruct you?

Simply submit an enquiry through the contact form together with a brief outline of your matter and any relevant documents.

I will review the information and confirm whether I can assist.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Where are you based?

Services are provided remotely throughout England and Wales.

Do I need to attend meetings in person?

No.

The vast majority of matters can be handled remotely via email and telephone.

Do you assist clients outside England and Wales?

The services offered are focused on matters governed by the laws and procedures of England and Wales.
